"Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi"

Inland foodies no longer have to wait for top-tier Japanese cuisine, as this stunning, 6,500-square-foot concept has just officially opened its doors at the Shoppes at Broward. The vibrant space features lively teppanyaki tables, a glowing sushi bar, and a playful, high-energy atmosphere that accommodates over 260 guests. Offering everything from premium wagyu hibachi options to daily happy hours, it has immediately become the new go-to neighborhood anchor for celebratory dinners and high-spirited nights out.

"The District in Davie" 

The historic billion-dollar development is rapidly transforming West Broward, marking the largest multi-family and mixed-use project in the town's history. Construction has reached the structural phase-one milestone at one of the area’s most prominent intersections. Once completed, the pedestrian-friendly promenade will feature over 36,000 square feet of curated lifestyle boutiques, storefronts, and outdoor restaurant space. Situated beneath luxury residential towers, this development is set to create a vibrant, professional downtown hub for Davie, blending fast-casual spots with upscale dining. Phase one of this massive project is slated for completion later this year (2026).

Cornerstone Plaza is transforming downtown Coral Springs into an open-air lifestyle oasis.

Situated right at the southwest corner of Sample Road and University Drive, this massive mixed-use hub is rolling out a wave of highly anticipated openings over the coming months. Local sweet-tooths are gearing up for the summer arrival of "Let’s Chill" Homemade Ice Cream and the famous "Paris Baguette" bakery, while wine enthusiasts are watching for the debut of "the Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar." Combined with the future arrival of "Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen", the plaza is successfully creating a walkable, luxury destination right in the heart of our city. More openings in Summer 2026
